Gas-permeable contact lenses that temporarily reshape the cornea to reduce  refractive errors such as myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism.  These lenses are worn while the child sleeps and removed upon awakening so that glasses or contact lenses aren’t required during the day.

Lenses are designed specifically for your child to fit the curvature and size of the eye which allows it to provide greater myopic control for its user.

Ortho-k induces peripheral myopic defocus which leads to a decreased stimulus for eye growth, thus halting myopia progression.

In a five-year study of children (ages 8-12 years) fit with ortho-k lenses, myopia  progression was almost reduced by half during the first year of   treatment as  compared to children wearing glasses.
