Home \ Eye Care Services

From eye exams and contact lens fittings, to treatment of a wide range of medical eye conditions, our doctors provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages. We also treat a range of conditions such as glaucoma, the diabetic eye, cataracts, dry eye and macular degeneration.

Our services include:

  • Comprehensive Eye Exams
Learn more about what problems can be spotted with an eye exam, what’s involved in a comprehensive exam, and special considerations for kids and contacts.
  • Cataracts

Cataract surgery removes the natural lens of the eye that has become opaque, and replaces it with a synthetic lens.  If you have visually significant cataracts, we may be able to help you.

  • Dry Eye Treatment
Dry eyes result from the chronic lack of lubrication and moisture on the surface of the eye, which can cause minor irritations, an inability to wear contact lenses and an increased risk of corneal inflammation and eye infections.
  • Glaucoma Testing
Glaucoma testing involves measuring internal eye pressure and a detailed evaluation of the optic nerve for signs of disease.  Your eye care provider may also choose to follow your glaucoma with visual field testing and scans of the optic nerve.  Various treatment options are available that may be sight saving.
  • Diabetic Retinopathy

The American Diabetic Association recommends that all diabetics get a yearly eye exam.  Schedule your annual visit to screen for diabetic retinopathy.

  • Contact Lens Services
Contact lenses are sometimes a great alternative to glasses or refractive surgery.
  • Computer Eyestrain

Learn more about this common source of eyestrain.

  • Pediatric Eye Exams
Early identification of a child's vision problem is crucial.
  • Red, Pink or Sore Eyes?
Did you know your eye doctor can help you with red eyes, pink eye, or sore eyes?
  • Macular Degeneration Treatment
Macular degeneration is an eye disease that affects the portion of the eye responsible for processing fine detail and providing sharp central vision (called the macula).  Regular exams are important to monitor for progression of the disease as treatment options are available in certain situations.
  • Corneal Mapping
A non-invasive medical imaging technique for mapping the surface curvature of the cornea, the outer structure of the eye.
  • Digital Retinal Imaging
Used to detect diseases such as diabetes and macular degeneration, it is critical to confirming the health of the retina, optic nerve and other retinal structures.
  • Refractive Surgery Co-Management
Look to us for co-management of LASIK and other ocular surgery.
  • Latisse
Try Latisse™  for longer, thicker lashes.
  • Eye Emergencies
Eye injuries range from the very minor such as getting soap in your eye, to the catastrophic such as chemical exposures or lacerations, which could result in permanent loss of vision. Find out when to seek immediate medical care.
  • Low Vision
Low vision is the term used to describe reduced eyesight that cannot be fully corrected with eyeglasses, contact lenses or eye surgery. The primary causes of low vision are eye diseases, but low vision also can be inherited or caused by an eye or brain injury.
  • Sports and Specialty Eyewear Fitting
Sports eyewear can give you the performance edge you're seeking for just about any sport (tennis, racquetball, etc.) or recreational activity (hunting, fishing, etc.). It can also provide the safety and eye protection you need as well.
  • Visual Field Testing
Measures the quality of your side vision (peripheral vision). Usually involves covering one eye and focusing the other on a fixed point in front of you, while describing what you can see on the “periphery” of your vision.
  • OCT Laser Retinal Scan
OCT (optical coherence tomography) uses laser light to look at and under the retina much like ultrasound looks into our bodies.
  • InfantSEE®
This service offers early detection of potential eye and vision problems at no cost regardless of income or ability to pay. It is a one-time, comprehensive eye and vision assessment for babies, usually conducted between the ages of 6 and 12 months.
